Our client is a very well-established and experienced firm which provides financial advice to high-net-worth clients.

They are currently look for an experienced IFA Administrator to add to their growing team, supporting the advisers and providing a high standard of service to their clients.

Responsibilities

To support our Financial Advisers with all administrative tasks to include but not limited to:

  • Preparing new business documentation and client review packs
  • Assisting with the production and update of accurate client portfolio valuations and reports
  • Obtaining literature and forms from providers
  • Obtaining and conducting anti money laundering checks
  • Calling clients to pre-qualify and book appointments with advisers
  • Record leads and ensure accurate records are maintained as to progress
  • Ordering and ensuring up to date literature is available for advisers

Qualifications

  • The successful candidate will ideally come from an IFA/wealth background and have exposure to supporting advisers in a technical administration capacity
  • Knowledge across investments, pensions and protection/life cover, with tax or trust exposure is a significant bonus.
  • The role is ideally suited to an experienced Financial Services Administrator, looking for an independently based admin support role. The candidate must be an excellent communicator, proficient and motivated to work on a stand-alone basis and who works equally well as part of a team.
