Full time position, office based, although consideration may be given to part time and hybrid working.

My client is a Chartered Financial Planner and has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator. The role will be varied and you will work closely with the Director, in providing a first-class service to their clients. Should you wish to work towards taking CII qualifications then this can be supported.

Main responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients and handling queries
  • Working closely with the Director
  • Working closely with the Company’s Network, ensuring that all practices and procedures are implemented and followed effectively
  • Utilising the IT systems to their fullest in order to achieve the best client outcomes (Intelliflo / Intelligent Office)
  • Preparing Suitability Reports from templates
  • Processing new business and ensuring smooth and timely completion
  • Ensuring compliance requirements are adhered to
  • Quotations and Valuations

The Ideal Person:

  • Wealth Management Administration experience
  • Intelliflo / Intelligent Office / FE Analytics experience
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office etc)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prepare accurate Suitability Reports
  • Able to work independently, efficiently & accurately and to use own initiative
  • Good time management skills with the ability to manage own workflow
