We are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning Administrator for our award‐winning wealth management client for their Manchester office. Our client is the fastest‐growing wealth management brand in the UK, with over £10bn in client assets held under management from more than 17,000 clients.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent) or currently pursuing a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with policy providers to obtain detailed information
  • Obtain illustrations
  • Process new business applications
  • Track business applications / pipeline
  • Update client database to ensure correct records are held
  • Deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times
