We are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning Administrator for our awardâwinning wealth management client for their Manchester office. Our client is the fastestâgrowing wealth management brand in the UK, with over ÂŁ10bn in client assets held under management from more than 17,000 clients.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent) or currently pursuing a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
Responsibilities
- Liaise with policy providers to obtain detailed information
- Obtain illustrations
- Process new business applications
- Track business applications / pipeline
- Update client database to ensure correct records are held
- Deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times
