We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented HR Data & Systems Analyst to support our HR function. You will collect, analyse, and interpret workforce data, develop dashboards and reports, and provide actionable insights to inform HR strategy, workforce planning, and evidence-based decision-making. The role also ensures data accuracy, integrity, and governance across HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse workforce data on recruitment, attrition, absence, diversity, engagement, and performance.
- Produce insights and reporting to support HR strategy and workforce planning.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports (Power BI, Excel, etc.).
- Ensure HR data quality, resolve discrepancies, and support governance standards.
- Support HRIS optimisation, system upgrades, and data integration.
- Partner with HR teams to understand reporting needs and present insights clearly.
- Act as HR data and reporting SME, providing guidance and training to colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and support audits or regulatory reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Data Analytics, HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant professional certification in analytics, HR systems, or data management is advantageous.
- Strong experience in HR, people, or business data analytics.
- Ability to analyse complex datasets and produce actionable insights.
- Skilled in reporting and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Excellent data management, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work independently.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience working with HR Information Systems (e.g., Access People XD, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).
- Knowledge of workforce metrics and HR analytics methodologies.
- Experience with data automation, SQL, or data modelling tools.
- Understanding of workforce planning and people analytics techniques.
