At Anaplan, we are looking for a self‑motivated Part‑time (3 days per week) Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our growing team at our vibrant new office in Bracknell, UK.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supplier Invoice Processing: Match invoices to Purchase Orders and proactively liaise with suppliers to quickly resolve any queries as they arise.
- Procurement Partnership: Help onboard new suppliers and partner with Procurement to ensure the PO process runs smoothly.
- Core AP Duties: Perform AP reconciliations, post prepayments and accruals, and review new supplier set‑ups.
- Ad‑hoc Banking & Tax: Carry out supplier settlement runs, intercompany payments, and payments to tax authorities. Perform bank reconciliations and liaise with our banking partners as required.
- Cross‑Functional Support: Assist the wider accounting team on various tasks such as system rollouts and testing, dealing with our Partners, processing invoices, and other duties as required.
More about You:
- Global Experience: Can demonstrate solid experience serving the Americas and/or Asia Pacific markets, with strong exposure to multi‑entity groups and multi‑currency invoices.
- Accounting & Tax Knowledge: Comfortable with core accounting concepts (Balance Sheet, P&L, Accruals, Prepayments, and Journals). Familiarity with tax compliance (e.g., US Sales/Use Tax/ GST) is a strong plus.
- Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable navigating core systems (WorkDay, Coupa, Ascend) and genuinely excited and intrigued by process automation and AI.
- Mindset: Proactive, self‑motivated, and policy‑driven with an extremely strong attention to detail and high integrity.
- Team & Customer First: A strong team player with a "can‑do" attitude and a "Customer 1st" approach, constantly focused on helping our suppliers and employees.
