Assistant Restaurant & Bar General Manager - Windsor - £37,500 plus TRONC and benefits
We are looking for an Assistant Bar & Restaurant General Manager to join our leadership team in Windsor. You will help run our bars, restaurant and F&B operations day to day, working alongside senior management to create memorable guest experiences, keeping standards high and bringing out the best in a team you'll be proud to lead.

About you
You have led front of house as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar
You are experienced in high-end dining and care about getting the details right
You communicate clearly and warmly, with guests and with your team
You take pride in exceptional service and keep health and safety standards high
You are adaptable, quick to respond and a natural team builder
You maintain the hygiene and presentation standards expected in a fine dining setting
