Our client, an elite hospitality venue, is looking for an accomplished Head Chef with restaurant, banqueting and large-scale event experience. Join our senior management team and help drive the continued success of our prestigious estate, within a beautiful countryside setting. You will lead kitchen operations, inspire the brigade and deliver exceptional standards across restaurants, conference and banqueting, and all our hospitality outlets.

What You'll Be Doing
Delivering exceptional food - from member lunches to weddings and large-scale events
Working with premium British produce to craft high-quality dishes
Supporting and mentoring junior chefs
Ensuring high food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards
We're Looking For
A skilled and enthusiastic Head Chef with proven experience in hotels or resort properties
Strong knowledge of British produce & high-end cuisine
Experience in large scale operations
Solid knowledge of costing, ordering and kitchen compliance
A natural leader who builds a positive, motivated team
UK right to work
Own vehicle due to remote location
