We are currently supporting a boutique law firm in North London seeking aResidential Property Solicitor (2–5 PQE)to join their growing property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with solid residential conveyancing experience to take ownership of a varied caseload within a supportive and client-focused environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold transactions
- New build, remortgage, and transfer of equity matters
- Liaising directly with clients, agents, and lenders
- Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and within deadlines
- Working collaboratively within a growing property team
Candidate Requirements
- 2 yrs+ PQE in residential conveyancing including new build
- Proven experience managing your own caseload independently
- Confident client-facing communication skills
- Ability to manage workload under pressure
