The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our Surrey team. You will handle a broad range of commercial real estate work and provide practical, commercially focused advice to businesses, investors, landlords, tenants and lenders.
What you’ll do
- Manage acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, leases and renewals.
- Work closely with a strong and niche client base
- Identify risk and progress transactions efficiently from instruction to completion.
- Build strong relationships with clients and professional advisers.
- Generate new opportunities and contribute to the team’s market profile.
- Support and mentor junior colleagues where required.
About you
- Qualified solicitor with strong commercial property experience at mid to senior level.
- Sound technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial real estate matters.
- Confident leading transactions and managing complex work with limited supervision.
- Commercially astute, organised and solutions focused.
- Proactive in client development and comfortable representing the team externally.
