The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with strong new build expertise to ideally join our London office. This is an opportunity to manage quality work, build trusted relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
What you’ll do
- Manage new build and related residential property matters from instruction to completion.
- Advise clients clearly and proactively throughout each transaction.
- Work closely with Client Relationship Manager, lenders, agents and other solicitors to meet demanding timescales.
- Maintain high standards of compliance, accuracy and client care.
- Develop relationships with clients and referrers and contribute to business development.
About you
- Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in residential property.
- Strong recent experience of new build transactions, developer deadlines and lender requirements.
- Confident managing a busy caseload with limited supervision.
- Commercially aware, organised and responsive.
- Ability to support in managing a team of legal support
- A clear communicator with a genuine commitment to excellent client service.
