A one-of-a-kind opportunity has come up for an experienced Operations Manager with this premium Aesthetic & Wellness business in Central London (with an international presence), taking full ownership of business performance in terms of financial performance, operations, people, service delivery, and compliance. You will also be responsible for overseeing operations and performance of its product range within department stores.

You will be joining an established business, well-known for its impeccable service standards and highest quality of treatments, who are now expanding their operations, with an exciting new project, which you will be leading.

As such you will have a good overall business understanding, be a great communicator with solid experience in leading, motivating and managing a team to achieve business targets. You will also be working across departments, both internal and external, which will require good relationship development and management skills.

Reporting into the Director, you will be overseeing a team of 20+ staff, with department managers as your direct reports. This role will be great for you if you enjoy working with minimal supervision and are used to taking ownership of achieving business targets.

Skills and experience required:
  • 5+ years of Operations Management experience of an aesthetic business, with retail management involvement
  • A self-starter with the ability to work and achieve goals KPIs autonomously
  • 5+ years of experience in managing, motivating, and leading a team to achieve targets successfully
  • Project management experience, ability to multitask
  • Business administration
  • CQC, clinical governance
  • Relationship development and management
  • Financial analysis & reporting, sales management, analysis, and delivery - you will have the ability to regularly analyse successes and challenges within the customer journey and create action plans for success
