Prestigious, rapidly growing private plastic surgery are seeking an experienced Surgical Patient Coordinator to liaise with clients throughout the patient journey, ensuring a five-star experience at all times, and closing sales. Please note the role is a sales role and will require previous experience from a sales-focused B-2-C role within plastic surgery, advising on and selling a range of cosmetic surgery procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the patient journey from enquiry to post-op follow ups
- Advising patients on procedures and answering queries
- Liaising with surgeons, creating successful relationships
- Ensuring five-star customer services are provided throughout the customer journey - from initial contact to consultation to procedure and follow up
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships: To maintain contact with clients ensuring follow ups
- Administrative duties in relation to sales - relevant paperwork, bookings etc. and sharing this with teams
- Clear communication across teams, ensuring relevant information communicated
- Meeting sales targets on a monthly basis, this role requires a sales driven individual
- Resolving Client issues raised
- Follow up calls, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times, communicating any issues with Management immediately when they arise
About you:
- You will be passionate about the aesthetics and cosmetic surgery industry and premium client care
- Successful sales experience, working in high-volume, high-quality cosmetic and aesthetic environments
- Experience and knowledge of leading industry treatments
- Excellent lead conversion skills; administrating bookings with precision, ensuring gold standard client care and a smooth treatment journey
- Experience handling high volume administration; working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
