The Role As a Sales Consultant, you'll be at the centre of the customer experience on the showroom floor, helping customers find the right products while driving strong sales performance. Customer Engagement: Welcome customers into the showroom, understand their needs, and guide them through the buying journey. Close Sales: Confidently present products, overcome objections, and close big-ticket deals. Maximise Opportunities: Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase average order value.
