Summary of skills and experience required for this Nursing Home Manager post:

* Proven experience of working as a Registered Home Manager

* Demonstrate a good track record with CQC – improving & maintaining good grades

* Current service must be rated at least GOOD in all 5 areas in the most recent CQC Inspection

* Clinically Qualified – RGN, RMN or RNLD with an active NMC pin

* A strong, confident leadership style in order to lead a large team encouraging excellent person centred care

* Strong marketing and communication skills

* A good business acumen
