We are seeking a passionate and experienced Home Manager to commission one of our clients' brand new homes opening in Eastbourne, East Sussex. This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK's leading providers of care. The successful candidate will need to have extensive experience in running and commissioning a nursing home ensuring the home is compliant with CQC legislation, occupied to sufficient levels and also ensuring new staff are trained to deliver the very best care to the residents.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.
- Commissioning experience.
- Proven success of managing a nursing home.
- Excellent leadership skills, lead your team by example.
- Sound knowledge of CQC regulations.
- Commercially astute.
