Drive B2B sales and client acquisition across European markets
Job Description
This is a full-time B2B sales role responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing business clients across ZENSORA's product sourcing, manufacturing coordination, and integrated logistics services.
You will be the primary point of contact for new and existing clients in the European region, helping them navigate cross-border trade solutions between Asia and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients across product sourcing, logistics, and manufacturing services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
- Conduct client consultations to understand business needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, sourcing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline in CRM system
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to expand market reach
- Provide market feedback and insights to management for service improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, international trade, or related field
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (logistics, sourcing, or supply chain preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with proven ability to meet sales targets
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cross-border trade, freight forwarding, or product sourcing
- Established network of business contacts in European markets
