Responsibilities

  • Media planning excellence – develop media plans that deliver on client KPIs and commercial outcomes, ensuring all calculations are correct.
  • Test and learn – create test and learn roadmaps focused on robust designs, hypotheses and measurement, embracing innovation across emerging solutions.
  • Operational excellence – drive brilliant basics, improve efficiencies through automation, organise workflow, implement process-driven approach, manage finance queries, PO tracking and QA technology.
  • PCAs – showcase campaign performance across leading DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk & Amazon with in-depth analysis.
  • Awards – identify market-leading work, track award opportunities, draft submissions to grow the team's recognition.
  • Client contact – provide weekly calls, build strong relationships, showcase results and identify new opportunities.
  • Team management – lead a small team of Executives and Senior Executive, responsible for learning, development, performance, delegation and clear communication.

Qualifications

  • Select key metrics and dimensions accurately for reporting outcomes.
  • Inquisitive about data, delivering actionable insights.
  • Identify data limitations, generate creative, solution-driven strategies.
  • High attention to detail in QA and due diligence.
  • Use appropriate technology, Publicis proprietary solutions and industry solutions.
  • Use technology to increase efficiency, test new tech to determine value and champion adoption.
  • Confidently present benefits of Publicis proprietary solutions (Epsilon, APEX, T&I).
  • Collaborate across channels, engaging colleagues when necessary.
