We provide an in-house training programme. 80% of our bar backs are trained to become bartenders – perfect opportunity for those interested in learning new skills.
Requirements for the ideal Bar Back:
- Ability to multi-task under pressure
- Flexibility to work late hours
- Conversational English
Duties and Responsibilities of Bar Back:
- Stocking up bars and fridges
- Adhering to high Health & Safety requirements
- Opening and closing bars to the high standard
