About the role

YHA York is seeking a Night Manager to lead the night team and help shape the guest experience, working closely with the Hostel Manager to keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.

You will direct and support staff, manage incidents and safety during the night, conduct regular inspections, perform cleaning duties, and prepare for breakfast service.

The role is permanent with a minimum 25 hours per week at £13.63 per hour.
