We're looking for a General Manager for the Bear in Cobham - a buzzy home from home where locals and visitors gather for great times and great food. This pub is a favourite of the local community and enjoys an excellent reputation for food and service. The pub comes complete with a private dining/meeting room, a large, airy dining area as well as a relaxing outdoor terrace.
The ideal candidate is used to working with fresh food and has experience running a destination dining business or popular foodie site. They'll be someone who is at home interacting with the locals behind the bar as they are leading a stunning Sunday service. We're looking for a guest obsessed General Manager who is passionate about creating an environment where memories are made over delicious meals and drinks. This is a fantastic opportunity to continue to grow this well known, thriving pub that sits at the heart of the community.
