About the role

Caterlink, a leader in education catering, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of schools across Coventry and Warwickshire.

You will lead on-site teams, ensure service quality, and maintain strong client relationships while managing health, safety and financial performance.

Applicants should have proven catering and operational management experience; this is a 52-week, Monday–Friday role. A DBS check is required and salary will reflect experience.
