What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Branch Sales Manager:
- Lead, motivate and develop the branch team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Generate new business through valuations, networking, referrals and proactive prospecting
- Carry out market appraisals and convert opportunities into new property instructions
- Oversee residential sales from instruction through to completion, ensuring an exceptional customer journey
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, solicitors and other key stakeholders
- Monitor branch performance, maintain compliance with industry legislation and implement strategies to drive continued growth
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience as a Branch Sales Manager, Sales Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency
- Proven success in winning instructions and consistently achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience developing and motivating successful teams
- Excellent valuation, negotiation and closing skills
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
- Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to generating new business
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential
