This is a hands-on management role for a confident estate agent with strong listing and valuation skills. The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day operation of the branch, develop and motivate the team, generate new business, increase market share and build strong relationships with clients throughout the local area.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Branch Manager:
- Leading the day-to-day operation of the sales branch and setting clear performance expectations
- Driving valuations, new instructions and sales performance to achieve and exceed branch targets
- Managing, motivating and developing the team to maximise individual and collective performance
- Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Generating new business and identifying opportunities to increase local market share
- Overseeing branch marketing, compliance and operational standards to ensure the office runs effectively

- Proven experience within residential estate agency with previous management or senior-level experience
- Strong listing and valuation skills with a proven ability to win instructions
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Confident leader with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proactive and commercially minded approach to generating new business
- Professional, positive and self-motivated approach with high customer service standards
- Good knowledge of Emsworth and the surrounding area advantageous, with a full UK driving licence essential
