It's a hands on role working as part of the team, whilst supervising and driving business growth Package / Benefits: • Salary up to circa £62K neg • Company car • Bonus scheme • Pension scheme • 25 days holiday + bank holidays • Potential for share options Responsibilities: • As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for maximising the contribution by the branch in line with the business plans and overall company policy and strategy • Responsible for managing and achieving branch budgets and targets • Developing strategies for increasing existing business, new business and lapsed accounts • Participating in proactive and reactive sales – both internally and externally based • Ensure that your team meet operational standards • Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities Skills / Experience: • Management or supervisory or external sales experience in the electrical wholesale industry • Ability to manage and motivate a team and lead by example • Ability to communicate at all levels • Dynamic, good sense of humour and a great attitude when dealing with people • Full UK Driving Licence You will be a hands on, proactive member of the team who is able to build excellent relationships with customers, staff and suppliers.
