We are currently seeking a Remote Recruiter to join our team at a UK -based company. This is a full -time position with the successful candidate expected to work UK time 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

As a Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for various positions within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, develop job descriptions, post job adverts, screen and interview candidates, and ultimately select the best fit for the role.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Training will be provided to the successful candidate to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the role. This will include comprehensive training on our applicant tracking system, recruitment processes and procedures, and guidance on best practices for sourcing and assessing candidates. Additionally, the successful candidate will have access to ongoing training and support to further develop their recruitment expertise and advance their career within the company.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Conduct outreach to potential leads through
    cold calling, presenting our recruitment services, and showcasing the
    value we offer.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Engage in comprehensive candidate interviews, evaluating skills, experiences, and suitability for various roles.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Collaborate with team members to manage the end -to -end recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placements.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates, ensuring a steady stream of talent for various job opportunities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning candidates accordingly.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
