RISE is seeking a Client Services Team Leader (Female*) in Brighton & Hove to lead a team of specialist caseworkers and Helpline volunteers. You will oversee casework, deliver survivor-focused support, and coordinate interventions in collaboration with the Manager.
The role requires an experienced IDVA/ISVA or willingness to complete accreditations within six months. You will manage your own caseload and help build links for trauma-informed recovery.
