Women's Aid Federation of England is seeking a Workforce Development Lead to design, deliver and coordinate workforce development for the London Enhanced Mental Health Pathfinder (EMHP), across alliance partners. This role will lead a training needs audit, develop a competency framework and a monitoring system to measure impact.
The post requires trauma-informed practice, safeguarding knowledge and strong collaboration with NHS and VCSE partners to ensure survivor-centered delivery.
