At HARV (Hyndburn and Ribble Valley Domestic Abuse Service), we are committed to identifying, supporting and protecting adults and children affected by abuse, exploitation and violence. We are expanding our team and are looking for passionate, skilled and committed individuals who share our values and want to make a lasting difference in the lives of children, young people and victim‑survivors across Lancashire.

Healthy Relationships Worker – Connect and Respect

Salary: £27,500 per annum (job share and term‑time options considered)

Working across schools and community settings, you will deliver engaging programmes that help children and young people understand healthy relationships, personal safety, consent, emotional wellbeing and respect. You will play a vital role in preventing abusive behaviours and supporting positive outcomes for young people.

Additional information

All roles are based in Accrington, Lancashire, and require flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to meet service needs. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for most roles. Enhanced DBS checks will be required.
