Are you interested in designing marquee public and commercial structures? A Design Group is hiring an architect intern who will independently perform a wide variety of conventional and moderately complex architecture assignments by applying architectural design standards, practices and techniques. The goal is to match client's needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
This is a remote internship, all the work will be done online.
Responsibilities- Conduct necessary assessment and provide recommendations of building applications
- Coordinate with the team in technical reports preparation
- Control projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
- Using the architectural brief to identify clients' needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
- Developing architecture in line with client's needs, building's usage and environmental impact
- Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
- Interest in Architecture, any relevant experience is preferred
- Excellent skills in consultation, networking and communication
- Good skills in guidelines and regulation interpretation
- Excellent teamwork ability
- Strong design sensibility and talent
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe CS is preferred
- Proficiency with Word and Excel
