The Role
- Deliver high standard international property consulting and transactional service to existing and potential clients;
- Apply effective selling skills in order to exceed required profitable sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Handle inquiry from potential clients regarding UK property investment and provide investment recommendations and strategies.
- Provide high standard advisory service on location, finance, letting and resale of property to clients.
- Assist prospective buyers in visiting, selecting and inspecting properties and sites.
- Progress sale through to reservation, exchange and completion stage.
- Commitment to customer service including after sales and sales progression.
- Negotiate and agree sales price with both client and developer.
- Effectively manage a sales database to optimize sales opportunities.
- Able to work with targets and deadlines.
