Job purpose, tasks and responsibilities As our Paid Media Executive, you'll be supporting the day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across multiple Wilmington brands.
You'll work closely with our Paid Media Manager to keep accounts running smoothly, accurately reported, and continuously improving, building your expertise across search, social, and paid channels in both B2B and B2C, regulated environments.
You'll be responsible for
- Building, launching and optimising paid media campaigns across a range of channels, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Linked In and Meta.
- Monitoring campaign performance, carrying out day-to-day account optimisation and identifying opportunities to improve results.
- Producing regular performance reports and sharing insights that help drive smarter decision-making.
- Supporting campaign tracking and attribution to ensure performance is accurately measured and reported.
- Working across multiple Wilmington brands, adapting campaigns to different audiences, objectives and sectors.
- Ensuring campaigns meet relevant platform and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with colleagues across Demand Generation, Marketing Operations & Analytics, and the wider business to deliver successful campaigns.
- Acting as a trusted day-to-day contact for stakeholders and supporting the Paid Media Manager with campaign updates and recommendations.

You'll need to quickly understand different objectives, stay on top of competing priorities and keep campaigns performing across a varied portfolio.
To be successful in this role, you must have
- Previous paid media/ PPC experience in an agency environment.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimising campaigns across at least two major advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Linked In Ads or Meta Ads.
- A strong understanding of campaign optimisation, bid management and performance improvement.
- Experience working towards lead generation objectives and an understanding of key paid media performance metrics.
- Confidence using GA4, Salesforce, Power BI and Marketo, alongside reporting dashboards and performance data.
- Experience managing or supporting campaigns with significant budgets and ensuring spend is tracked effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and stakeholder communication skills.
