The responsibilities
- Climbing and undertaking pruning, reductions, dismantles, and removals
- Operating saws, chippers, stump grinders, and rigging systems safely
- Supporting the crew with ground operations when needed
- Maintaining a clean, safe, professional site at all times
- Completing digital job sheets and risk assessments
- Representing the company positively with clients and the public
- Contributing to a strong, respectful team culture
What you bring
- Proven experience as a Tree Surgeon or Arborist
- NPTC/LANTRA certificates (CS30/31/38/39 as a minimum)
- Strong awareness of safety and best practice
- Pride in your work and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and hunger to improve
- Full UK driving licence preferred (not essential)
