About the role

Overview

The Finance Business Partner will support the Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering the financial strategy and key financial goals of the clinical divisions through the provision of high-quality Service Line Reporting, financial management and control, planning, advice and support.

This involves strategic, organisational and operational discussion, analysis and reporting to enable the efficient and effective use of resources to support the delivery of optimised improved patient care.

As an indirect member of the clinical divisions, support the development and delivery of the clinical and operational strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Finance Business Partner in delivering the financial strategy and key financial goals of the clinical divisions, including Service Line Reporting, financial management and control, planning, advice and support.
  • Provide high-quality financial analysis, reporting and guidance to enable efficient and effective use of resources for improved patient care.
  • Engage in strategic, organisational and operational discussions, analysis and reporting to inform decision-making.
  • Act as an indirect member of the clinical divisions to support the development and delivery of the clinical and operational strategy.
