You'll be the person with the camera at We UC - and often the person in front of it.

You've already grown an audience of your own, so you know first-hand what it takes: the daily posting, the hooks, the formats, the graft nobody sees.

Now you'll do it for a company - filming the team, the product and the day-to-day of building a communications company, and turning it all into content people actually watch.

Short-form first - Reels, Tik Tok, Shorts - with long-form when it earns its place.

The point of it all is a funnel: entertain people, inform them, then let the product convert them.

You'll lead content and work closely with the founders and our Growth Marketing Manager - they set the strategy, you make it real on camera.

This role lives in our Southampton office, because that's where the story is.

Key Responsibilities

  • Film every day: the team, the product, the office, the wins and the misses.
  • Get in front of the camera as well as behind it - presenting, narrating and carrying formats yourself, not just capturing other people.
  • Edit fast and publish constantly across Tik Tok, Instagram and You Tube - stories, Reels and Shorts daily, longer pieces when they deserve it.
  • Build the content machine: idea backlog, filming schedule, editing pipeline, posting calendar.
  • Use AI tools throughout - editing, repurposing, scheduling - and keep adopting whatever comes next.
  • Grow the accounts: hooks, formats, series and the platform-specific tactics that actually work.
  • Work day to day with the founders and the Growth Marketing Manager, turning their strategy into published content that grows We UC's user base.
  • Help build personal brands for the team that feed the company brand, so the whole thing works as a system.
  • Keep everything on brand - you'll care how it looks, not just that it shipped.

Qualifications

  • An audience you built yourself - on Instagram, Tik Tok or You Tube - and the story of how you grew it. This is the strongest signal you can show us.
  • Genuinely good on camera: comfortable, natural and watchable, with content that proves it.
  • Content you can point at - filmed, edited and published consistently, by you. Portfolio over CV, every time.
  • Short-form instincts: hooks, pacing, captions, and the discipline to post every day, not when inspiration strikes.
  • You already use AI tools daily to make content faster, and you're curious about every new one.
  • An eye for design - your work looks deliberate, not just quick.
  • Some marketing knowledge is a bonus; hunger and speed matter more.
  • In our Southampton office every day - this is an in-person role, because you can't film a team remotely.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Creative ownership of We UC's voice across every platform.
  • The gear and AI tooling you need to publish at volume without the quality dropping.
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities.
  • Collaborative and innovative work environment.
