This role is responsible for all aspects of management within Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre to ensure efficient site operations, including managing staff and contractors, maintaining budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards, and liaising with clients, asset managers, surveyors, and tenants to improve performance of the asset.
The candidate will work closely with the MAPP team and client to establish a successful and performing asset. The role may require weekend work for specific works or duty manager cover, with time off in lieu during the week.
Skills, Knowledge and Values:
- Monitor contractor/supplier performance and review RAMS
- Issue permits to work as appropriate, including security and cleaning
- M NEBOSH desirable
- IWFM or equivalent desirable
Working Hours: 9am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday
Salary Range (Based on Experience): £37,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
