About the role

On site Chester 6-Month Temporary Contract Up to £40,000 per annum. Forward Role are supporting a leading organisation in the search for an Absence Management Advisor to join their HR team on a 6-month contract.

The Role: You'll support managers with absence cases, provide expert advice on policy and employment law, and help drive a consistent and proactive approach to attendance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on short & long-term absence cases
  • Support return-to-work and capability processes
  • Analyse absence data and identify trends
  • Ensure legal compliance and best practice
  • Liaise with Occupational Health

About You:

  • Proven HR/absence management experience
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Confident stakeholder advisor
  • CIPD level 5 or higher ideally

This role will be paid on an hourly basis of £21 per hour.
