About the role

Waystone is seeking a Head of Digital and AI Design to own the design of our digital and AI agenda, shaping opportunities into defined solutions and a compelling roadmap. You will lead a high‐performance team, champion user‐centric design, and collaborate with Compliance, IT and Operations to deliver measurable value in a regulated financial services environment. This senior role combines strategy, discovery, and hands‐on design to drive digital transformation across fund administration.
