We are currently recruiting for a Paint Sprayer to join a well-established and highly respected precision engineering manufacturer based in the Wolverhampton area. This is an excellent opportunity offering stable employment, ongoing development, and long-term prospects.
Working within a busy production environment, you will be responsible for preparing and spraying engineered components to a high standard, ensuring all finishes meet strict quality and durability requirements. Duties include:
- Surface preparation
- Applying primers and industrial coatings using spray equipment
- Carrying out quality checks
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
Applicants must have previous paint spraying experience within an industrial or manufacturing setting, and experience with 2-pack paint systems is essential. You will need a strong eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to follow processes and health & safety procedures while working effectively as part of a team.
The role operates on a rotating shift pattern of 6:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm, with an early finish on a Friday. Overtime is available, along with ongoing training and development.
