The Team

You will be joining an international team of entrepreneurs, engineers and designers with a history of setting up a number of successful businesses and an enthusiasm for innovation and building a green future for all of us.

The Position

This role has three facets. Firstly, as a product manager you will be in charge of managing the complete lifecycle part of our product line. Secondly, you will lead the implementation of your product within key anchor client organizations (tend to be large utility companies). And finally, you will project manage the implementation ensuring client success. This is a high visibility role where you will be at the forefront of the company. We have recently won a number of large projects with multinational clients, each of which require a high level of product customisation, improvements, and project management to ensure success. Responsibilities

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge about your portfolio of products and the associated domain
  • The ownership of the product life cycle
  • Be the subject matter expert within the company on all aspects concerning your product portfolio
  • Maximise the value of the product, contributing to efficient deliveries and satisfied customers
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements/use cases, identify gaps and translate them into product strategy
  • Ongoing management of functional specifications and change requests throughout the entire life-cycle of development projects
  • Produce high quality use cases and requirement documents
  • Work hand in hand with the development team, following the agile sprints as product owner
  • Manage development backlog according to the product strategy
  • Maintain and communicate the product road map to the management team
  • Interact regularly with the sales and distribution teams to gather feedback from the field

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as product owner/manager in a high growth environment
  • Well organised, articulate and able to demonstrate a high degree of maturity and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experienced in SCRUM

Preferred Experience

  • Have worked on a project involving machine learning and data science
  • Previous product owner roles preferable
  • Experience working with start-ups
  • Have worked with international and remote teams
  • French or Italian languages is a plus

Salary: competitive salary based on experience

Location: Milan (currently doing remote)
