For this role, Voltaware is looking for a graduate business analyst who will take responsibility for business and research projects to support the Sales & Marketing team and grow the business internationally.
The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis in the energy sector to be used by Marketing & Sales teams
- Analyse and improve current marketing materials
- Create new marketing content (leaflets, website pages, product decks, etc...)
- Write regular articles to be posted on Voltaware blog
- Manage Voltaware's social media output strategy
- Gather relevant trends and insights from our consumers to be used in Social Media
- Present sales decks to prospects
- Generate and regularly update prospects list on Sales CRM
- Attend and support Project Managers during weekly client meetings
Requirements
- BA / BS qualification degree
- Excellent English, both written and oral
- Demonstrated ability to conduct a thorough business research
- Strong motivation to work in a climate-change start-up
- Committed
- Excellent analytical skills
Desirable skills and experiences
- French, German, Spanish or Italian languages
- Experience with one or more agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack
- Experience and knowledge in business
Hiring procedure
- One-hour interview with the Voltaware Sr. Business Analyst (introductions followed by a series of questions based on the candidate's experience)
- A market analysis (2 pages max.) on Smart Heating where the candidate will have to:
- List top 4 smart thermostats companies
- Identify their Unique Selling Proposition
- Compare their strengths and weaknesses
- Represent analysis on a graph
