About the role

A welcoming Primary School based in West Newcastle is looking to employ a full-time Teaching Assistant to join their enthusiastic team. This rewarding role is based within the school's Nursery provision, where you will work closely with the class teacher and wider Early Years staff to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment. The working hours will be 08:30-15:30, Monday – Friday and a Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent is required for this role.

Requirements

  • Experience of working within Early Years.
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hold a Level 3 qualification or above in supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
