Vision for Education are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and engaging Youth Worker to join a dedicated team within a Primary Build strong, supportive relationships with children and young people, offering consistent guidance and encouragement Work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to provide tailored support Plan and deliver structured activities and informal sessions to promote social, emotional, and personal development Support pupils in managing behaviour, developing confidence, and building resilience Actively contribute to the inclusive and nurturing ethos of the school community Always promote safeguarding and the welfare of pupils at all times.
