Programme Manager Kent – Hybrid Competitive Salary VIQU have partnered with a sport organisation who are seeking a Programme Manager. This role will report into the Head of PMO and will work to support the delivery of Strategic Programmes. As the Programme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects, ensuring that objectives are met within the agreed scope, budget, and timelines. The Programme Manager will work to define project goals, allocate resources, and establish clear timelines. You will work to conduct feasibility assessments and act as the primary point of contact for project updates. The successful Programme Manager will also manage resource allocation, ensuring roles are clearly defined, and will address any risks or issues, escalating when necessary. Regular progress reviews will be conducted to track costs and risks, while continuously improving processes by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements. Experience Required of the Programme Manager: 6+ years of experience managing projects/programmes of varying scope and complexity.  Experience in the motorsport industry, or significant expertise working in the automotive sector.
