About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead logistics operations, optimize delivery routes, manage driver scheduling, and ensure operational efficiency.

This role is critical to ensuring our fleet operates at peak performance.

  • 01 Oversee daily logistics operations and fleet management
  • 02 Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency and cost savings
  • 03 Manage driver scheduling, performance, and compliance

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business
  • 5+ years management experience in transport/logistics sector
  • Strong knowledge of UK transport regulations
  • Experience with fleet management systems and TMS software
  • CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) holder preferred
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
