About This Role
We are looking for a qualified Finance Officer to manage financial operations, prepare statutory accounts, ensure HMRC compliance, and oversee fleet financial planning.
You will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the organization.
- What You’ll Do
- 01 Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- 02 Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- 03 Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and tax requirements
- 04 Prepare statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors
- 05 Oversee fleet financial planning and cost analysis
- 06 Process payroll and manage employee expense claims
- 07 Develop and maintain financial forecasts and budgets
- What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience in financial management
- Strong knowledge of UK tax regulations and HMRC compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, Quick Books, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience in logistics or transport sector preferred
