We are a leading provider of world-class, cutting-edge building management technologies. Recently we have won prestigious contracts and partnered with established national suppliers to achieve significant sustained growth. We are currently looking for a Support Engineer to join our experienced customer support team.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, and salary is between £23,000- £32,000 dependent on experience. This role will be based at our Cheltenham office. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic engineer with a passion for new technologies. You will require a full UK driving licence as there will be a need to travel to our clients which are nationwide.
Your duties will include:
- Installation training – virtually and onsite
- Virtual Cloud portal training
- Small scale installation programs of in-property sensors
- Manage virtual helpdesk for installation queries
Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Be computer literate
- Have a problem-solving mentality
- Have the ability to prioritise and diagnose IT problems
- Communication - have good command of the English language - both written and spoken
- Have the ability to master new technologies quickly and efficiently
