Role Overview

This role is part of the Supply Chain function providing excellent customer experience within a global manufacturing environment.

Our key focus as a business is delivering excellence in Science, to our Customers, within Operations our People and patients shaping the world around us to make it a cleaner and healthier place

  • Core Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a team, to drive, delivery of excellent customer service and commercial business objectives.
  • Receive and process customer orders in line with commercial terms and conditions.
  • Manage and process import and export licences for API customer orders in line with Home Office regulations.
  • Communicate with Home Office on status of licences.
  • Communicate with your customer to ensure they provide a valid and in date operating licence, to allow fulfilment of the customer’s order.
  • Track and coordinate product supply for orders in the immediate 3 months.
  • Communicate to customer any delay to orders providing revised delivery timelines.
  • Receive and respond in a timely manner to customer queries. Liaising with relevant stakeholders as required.
  • Manage customer complaints in line with the company process from escalating the complaint to our Quality department to resolution.
  • Support onboarding of new customers.
  • Attend customer business review meetings where required.
  • Work with our logistics partners to advise on orders due to dispatch in the coming month.
