We are seeking Hungarian-speaking professionals to join our teams in Lisbon, Portugal. Two roles are available, both with accommodation included in the contract. No experience required!

Role 1: Customer Service Representative (Hungarian + English)

  • Location: Lisbon (on-site)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (rotating shifts)
  • Days Off: 2 rotating days per week

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce products and services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Empathy and rational decision-making
  • Ability to manage high contact volumes during peak periods

Role 2: Content Moderator (Hungarian + English)

  • Location: Lisbon (on-site)
  • Working Hours: 24/7 – Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts)
  • Days Off: 2 rotating days per week

Requirements:

  • Strong moderation and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of e-commerce environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage peak queue volumes during promotional periods

Salary & Benefits (both roles):

  • Base salary: 920€ x 14 months
  • Performance bonus: 45€ x 11 months
  • Meal allowance
  • Night & weekend shift bonuses
  • 1,000€ signing bonus
  • Accommodation included (private room arranged by the company)
  • Work on-site in Lisbon, a vibrant European capital
