We are looking for an experienced Project Manager capable of taking ownership of complex technology projects and managing their full lifecycle, from initial planning through implementation, commissioning and final acceptance.
Acting as a key interface between customers, internal departments and technical stakeholders, you will translate business and technical requirements into structured project plans, ensuring alignment across scope, resources, timelines, risks and deliverables.
You will be responsible for:
- Taking end-to-end ownership of projects, from initiation and planning through implementation, commissioning and acceptance
- Defining and managing project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, responsibilities and priorities
- Coordinating cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment between technical and business stakeholders
- Managing customer expectations and acting as a key point of reference throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinating on-site commissioning activities, including site readiness, technical resources, system configuration, testing, go-live and final acceptance
- Identifying project risks, defining mitigation and recovery actions and escalating critical blockers when required
- Managing technical requirements, scope changes and acceptance criteria in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring project progress and providing clear reporting on milestones, risks, decisions, resource requirements and expected outcomes
- Coordinating external partners, installers, system integrators and other stakeholders involved in project execution
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools and methodologies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally managing complex technical or technology-driven projects
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management or another relevant technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management and stakeholder coordination
- Experience working directly with customers and external stakeholders in project-based environments
- Experience managing commissioning, implementation or deployment activities in the field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Power BI and CRM systems
- Previous experience within the hospitality industry
- Experience with technology solutions, hotel systems or building technologies
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

The salary range for this role is £28,000–£35,000 gross per year, depending on experience, seniority and skills.
