Job Description:

  • Total Experience: 6 years (T2s and T3s)
  • Skills:
  • Strong Summit/Murex Support Experience
  • Strong Unix, SQL skills
  • Prior experience in Production Support processes and application Support in highly technical applications
  • Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management experience
  • Prior experience in Batch tool such as TWS
  • Strong communication skills
  • Banking domain experience with preference to investment banking and trading applications
  • Hands-on experience on incident management for critical and high incidents
  • Record of managing stakeholder communications during outages
