- Strong Summit/Murex Support Experience
- Strong Unix, SQL skills
- Prior experience in Production Support processes and application Support in highly technical applications
- Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management experience
- Prior experience in Batch tool such as TWS
- Strong communication skills
